[3dem] Relion 1.3: multiple picks of same particle with autopick

Hi Sjors and all,
      what might be the reason for getting (amongst correctly picked 
particles) multiple, slightly shifted picks (coordinates) of the same 
particle when running autopick in Relion 1.3 (please see the attached 
example)? How can this be avoided?
