[3dem] Changes to EMDB (13 Nov 2013)

Dear all

 

We are writing to announce minor updates to EMDB that will become effective
on 13 November 2013.

 

* Empty folders in the ftp directory tree will be removed.

* Header metadata xml files will be updated with corrected map and mask file
names and file sizes (KB).

* Header metadata xml files will be updated with enumerated microscope
models and image detector models.

 

The EMDB XSD schema will not change.
