*Position Open for crio Electron Tomography at the CNB-Madrid*



In the context of a new research project, we are looking for an experienced
postdoc interested in studying the structure and function of the centrosome
with a combination of EM Tomography and antibody labelling. Currently we
have excellent purifications of centrosomes from diverse sources, together
with an interesting set of antibodies.


Additionally, we want to further explore some of our samples with the help
of a new technique, Soft X-ray Tomography, using one the few instruments
existing worldwide at the Spanish synchrotron ALBA.



The project is expected to start in January 2014, and applications are
welcomed
