[3dem] IHRSR in SPARX

For those who use or plan to use IHRSR (real-space helical reconstruction) implementation in SPARX (sxihrsr) an important note.

We introduced sxhelixboxer (a modified version of e2boxer) that is closely integrated with sxihrsr.

In particular, it has built-in CTF estimation and it also stores in segments's headers information
required for validation of IHRSR results.
