[3dem] RE: Remove negative density from a map

I tried with EMAN1/2, Imagic (after conversion/normalization), Spider, Dynamo/Matlab.
They all worked nicely.

Indeed I did not manage to use the hide/dust function of Chimera in order to remove the negative values only.

Dear all
Does anybody know how to remove negative density (set to zero) from a mrc map?
I subtracted two structures to highlight a factor and the negative peaks are making my life miserable.
