[3dem] 64bit MRC conversion

Hi,

MRC formats are described here:

and we mirrored that page on 2dx.org, here:

The MRC program mrc2tif can do some conversions. 

Alternatively, bsoft

http://lsbr.niams.nih.gov/bsoft/programs/bconvert.html

or EM2EM can do conversions also.
