Dear all,

Many thanks for all your helps and quick responses!

I finally solved the situation (refer to my email dated on 28 April) and
would like to share with you all here. Below summarize what i've learnt:

With Jeol tomography acquiring software, you can choose to save the tilt
series in different format e.g. tiff & tmg etc, and if your tilt series
accidentally being saved as tmg (special format for Jeol tomogram software)
like my case instead of commonly in tiff, DON'T WORRY, simply open it with a
software called ImageJ as MRC reader file and you will find the stack is
already ready, just don't forget to adjust the contrast to positve readings
and also to save as 32 bits, then you can save as .st file and ready to go
for reconstruction.

Wishing you all a nice day!

Best regards,
Joanne
