[3dem] Tomo and IMOD beginner

Dear all,

I am new to the tomography world and I am trying to get my first tomograms
from some tilt series dataset.

Using IMOD (fiducialess alignment) I am always getting an error message
that I cannot solve:

"stack:

WARNING: TILT - SOME VALUES WERE TRUNCATED WHEN OUTPUT TO THE FILE; CHECK
THE OUTPUT SCALING

Com script: tilt.com"

Can anybody give me some clue on what I am doing wrong, please? When I
read the tilt.log I do not see the problem. This problem does not happen
with the tutorial data set.

Also, general advice on tomo for beginners will be welcome.
