[3dem] Difference between ".box" co-ordinate files for EMAN1 and EMAN2

Hi,I have recently encountered a problem with converting EMAN2 box co-ordinates
into XMIPP ".pos" file using the Boxer2mark.py script from XMIPP
(<http://xmipp.cnb.csic.es/twiki/bin/view/Xmipp/FAQ>). I realized that the
".box" files from EMAN2 has one column less than EMAN1 ".box" files. Does any
body know what is the last column or additional column in EMAN1 for? Is there
any way one can convert several EMAN2- ".box" files to EMAN1- ".box" files in
batch mode?ThanksSaikat
