Dear Colleagues,
The field of electron tomography has developed substantially, over the  
last several of years. Earlier this year, over 230 people attended the  
6th international conference on electron tomography in Heidelberg,  
Germany.  The journal of structural biology has agreed to dedicate a  
special issue on electron tomography as a tribute.

Therefore, we would like to encourage you to submit high-quality manuscripts
for the special issue on electron tomography.

Tentative deadline for submission- July 20
Tentative publication of the issue- Dec-11
