[3dem] Turbo-Pumped Carbon Coater

Dear all,
I'm buying a new carbon coater (turbo pumped) with a glow discharge
attachment.

It would be great to hear if anyone has recently purchased a EMS 150T E or
similar, and if you are happy with it?

It will be used for making high quality thin carbon support films (for
single particle EM) + glow discharging of grids.
