[3dem] Methyl Cellulose in a cryo-EM ???

Hi,

Can Methyl Cellulose be imaged in a cryo-TEM, i.e. does it contaminate the microscope also if the sample is cooled down to liquid nitrogen temperature?  If so, can it be replaced with a different embedding medium?
