[3dem] floating EM grids

Hi Roman,

We wash grids in EtOH (for 10 min or so), coat with polylysine, wash in H2O
and then transfer them to culture dishes. This procedure works fine for us
(Quantifoils or lacies, typically NH2A finders). Floating during transport
happens very rarely.

Hope this helps,

Vladan
