Dear Rachel,
We had a lot of problems with the humidifier on our first Vitrobot,
also a Mark 1. The newer Vbots have apparently solved this problem,
but I am not certain that the new humidifier units can be installed on
the old Vbots. I think they can, but even if the humidifier body fits
into the old position, there may be power supply differences between
the old and new humidifiers. I suggest emailing Marc Storms, mhs at nl.fieco.com
, since he would know the answers. He can, of course, also let you
know how much a fix will cost. Good luck.
