[3dem] protein concentration

Dear All

This question is more inclined towards Biochemistry but feedback will be very helpful-

I am trying to prepare a concentrated stock of filaments ( for structural studies) by denaturing and renaturing the protein (of interest) hoping to form the filaments. However our efforts are not paying of as the filament concentration is extremely low. Can you share with me as what typical amount of protein concentration is required for such purposes.
