FEI Company has been selected as a partner in shaping the state-of-the-art research university in Saudi Arabia, the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST). A decade long vision is being realized in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia; a vision that promises a new age of scientific discovery and achievement. FEI's microscopy tools will enable international researchers at KAUST to discover, analyze and manipulate two- and three-dimensional nanoscale structures, thereby facilitating scientific breakthroughs in diverse fields such as energy, biotechnology and materials science. 

To strengthen our team in Saudi Arabia we are still looking for 2 outstanding, dedicated, and enthusiastic Research Scientists who will provide excellent support to our customer, KAUST, and will enable KAUST to publish groundbreaking application results six months after the project start. Solid communication skills together with strong intercultural competences, together with a proven scientific background make you an ideal candidate for this once in a lifetime opportunity. These specialists should match the following requirements. One candidate requires a Life-science or Biology background with experience in Cryo - EM, preferably TEM. And one candidate must be hands on SEM/ FIB/ DB specialist.

In Eindhoven, the Netherlands we're are looking for a senior application engineer as well. This candidate must be a skilled process engineer that can level with our customers at the different customers' site, understand the business urges and has preferably a life science or biology background with experience in TEM. This candidate can also be somebody with a material science background that wants to master knowledge of the life science industry. The Process Engineer is responsible for providing world-class process engineering to support customer sites worldwide. This position owns process development for customer's advanced technologies and other technical deliverables relating to advanced development and R&D efforts within FEI. The Process Development Engineer plans, manages and drives advanced development projects and investigates and defines new processing techniques.
