The following isn't elegant, but it preserves SPIDER's convention of
phi, theta, and psi:

reset
turn x 180
turn y 90
turn x phi
turn y 90-theta
turn z psi

I concatenate these which semicolons and retrieve it from Chimera's
command history so that I don't have to remember it.  Keep in mind that
PJ 3Q reads in the output of VO EA as (psi (likely zero), theta, phi).
