[3dem] Transfer of Spider Euler angles to UCSF Chimera

Hi,

the simplest way is to notice that chimera "views" the volume along z axis. So, instead of transfering
the angles you can rotate the volume in spider according to pjsq angles and display the rotated
version in chimera.

I hope you can figure the rest.

Subject: [3dem] Transfer of Spider Euler angles to UCSF Chimera

Hi,

I am trying to make surface representations of a Spider volume in Chimera. They should be the same view like reference projections that were used to align the data in Spider but it seems that I cannot figure out how to transfer the Euler angles from a reference angles file (coming from the Spider VO EA command and which are then used in the PJ 3Q command to create the actual reference projection images) over to Chimera to create the corresponding surface views.

Any help will be highly appreciated!

Best,
Anselm
