[3dem] carbon coater

Hello all,

I am looking for feedback on the Cressington 108c auto carbon coater  
(Ted Pella). In particular, I am wondering about the quality of solid  
carbon (on mica) and holey carbon films (prepared on holey plastic  
support) generated by this system.
