We have several viruses in our lab that like to clump together making cryo very challenging. We are thinking on using arginine to destroy virus-to-virus interactions. I was wondering if that reagent would affect negatively our cryo (like for example glucose). Does anybody use other method to avoid clumps? Thank you in advance.
