[3dem] Airlock prepumping time

Hi Eduardo,
I typically increase the pumping time to 120 sec when I am doing  
cryo. Although the temperature goes up initially, after about 1 min  
or so it drops again, and the vacuum is much better once the holder  
is inserted into the column.
