[3dem] Cygwin

Dear All

In addition to my emails inquiring about the different flavors of LINUX and the performance of the main 3D reconstruction software packages like EMAN, BSOFT and SPIDER couple of months back,  please share you views on these software packages running on Cygwin and their success rate. 

It will also be helpful if you can provide the link where the most suitable Cyqwin package (with the necessary libraries and installation instruction) for the above mentioned 3D softwares.
