Post-doctoral positions at SPring-8


Post-doctoral positions are available in the laboratory of 3D Microscopy 
Research Team at RIKEN Harima Institute. Our goal is to understand the 
mechanism of transporter system in the structural point of view. Successful 
applicant with EM background will be involved in ongoing electron 
crystallography project and new project of electron tomography. The 
experience in cryo-EM is desirable and the familiarity in electron 
crystallography or tomography is an advantage. The group is well funded and 
is equipped with well-known JEOL JEM-3100 (300KV, FEG, He stage, Energy 
filter), JEM-2100 (Tomography setup), JEM-2010 and other necessary 
equipments for cryo-EM.
