An NIH-funded position for a post-doc or scientific programmer is available to work on computational aspects of high-resolution cryo-electron microscopy.

The successful candidate will have experience with image/signal processing techniques and knowledge of C++ and Python.  
We are actively involved in the development of a large data processing system whose key elements are 3-D reconstruction from projections and non-uniform Fourier transforms.
