Looking for help with the use of MRC package (image2000)

Dear colleagues,

I'm trying to use the package image2000 to do some image 
processing on our helical structures, but I have no experience.
I'll greatly appreciate it if somebody can provide me with
a detialed and ordered list of the programs of image2000 package
used for helical structures.
