Dear Masahide,
	I have contacted Jeanie at GATAN, (724) 779-2510, and was quoted 
prices of $331 and $258 for a pack of 5 of the boxes and covers--the ~8 
cm long lucite rods with a ~1 cm wide end that screws into the box.
