Candidate for position in cryo-electron microscopy - Grenoble, France.

The Laboratoire Microscopie Electronique Structurale of the Institut
de Biologie Structurale has applied for a post to support the running
of its programmes in structural cryo-electron microscopy, and is
looking for a candidate to suit. The equipment in the LMES includes a
new JEOL 2010 FEG microscope, which is open to the national
community, and a Philips CM200 LaB6 microscope. The candidate is
expected to support these machines for in-house projects and to host
visitors for data collection. In addition, the candidate is expected
to pursue a research programme related to the lab's activities.
Experience in electron microscopy is essential and knowledge of
cryo-EM is an advantage. A record of research work in the field would
also be desirable.

Please contact James Conway (James.Conway at ibs.fr) or Elizabeth Hewat
