Scanners & JEOL

    Dear 3D EM list:

    I previously requested suggestions for scanners used  for em
micrographs. Here is a  list of the scanners mentioned to me:

Scanner                approx $
Zeiss SCAI            >$100.000

Eurocore HIScan   ~$20.000
(now Duvegan)

Agfa Duoscan        ~$3500

    On another subject. Could anybody who has experience using a JEOL
2010 (JEM-2010) for cryo-em give me their opinion ?.
