[3dem] Cooled & Humidified Enclosure for Manual Grid Preparation - GraVitri 4°C Module

Dear 3DEM community,

Following our initial release of the modular GraVitri Plunge Cooler Series
for manual grid preparation, we are excited to introduce the *GraVitri 4°C
Module*. This active temperature-controlled enclosure is designed to
provide precise environmental control for researchers working with
temperature-sensitive or fragile biological specimens.

*GraVitri 4°C Module Technical Highlights:*


   -

   *Active Environmental Control: *Maintains the sample environment
   anywhere from 4°C to ambient temperatures, and integrates a humidity sensor
   and forced-convection humidification system to significantly slow
   evaporation during the blotting process.
   -

   *Probe Cold Sensitivity*: Allows temperature-resolved studies with +/-
   1C accuracy for thermo-responsive samples, like chilling injury sensitive
   cells for cryoET or signal transduction proteins like TRMP8 for single
   particle cryoEM.
   -

   *Mitigation of Interface Artifacts:* Stabilizes temperature-sensitive
   complexes to aid in cold-sensitivity characterization and reduces air-water
   interface damage during single-particle analysis workflows.
   -

   *Drop-In Modularity:* Functions as a direct, swappable accessory for
   existing GraVitri manual plunge coolers, allowing labs to continuously
   build upon their system as experimental needs change.
