Dear 3DEM Community,

We are pleased to announce a 7-Day Online Workshop on Cryo-EM Single
Particle Analysis (SPA), organized by SShexa in collaboration with
Biosyntiya Solutions & BioNEST-BHU.

*About the Workshop:*

This workshop is designed primarily for educational and training purposes,
offering participants a structured, hands-on learning experience in Cryo-EM
and integrative structural biology techniques. The program covers Cryo-EM
Single-Particle Analysis, X-ray crystallography, solution and solid-state
NMR, structure prediction, molecular docking, and drug design.

*Hands-On Training with PractiCloud:*

A key highlight of this workshop is the use of PractiCloud, a cloud-based
platform designed for education and training in structural biology.
Participants will get hands-on experience running industry-standard Cryo-EM
pipelines, including RELION & nextPYP on PractiCloud, eliminating the need
for local computational infrastructure and making advanced Cryo-EM
processing accessible to learners at all levels.
