[3dem] Registration Now Open for "Advanced cryo-FIB-SEM course" 2026

Dear cryo-FIB enthusiasts,
It is a great pleasure to share with you that the EMBL Imaging Centre in Heidelberg is offering the 2nd edition of a 5-day hands-on workshop on advanced cryo-FIB-SEM methods. The course will be from November 9th to 13th 2026 and is aimed for  advanced FIB users keen to learn current methods.

The workshop will offer a synergistic combination of lectures and practical sessions supported by leading experts in the field, providing the participants with the unique opportunity to establish a broad network with international specialists in the field.
	* sample preparation using waffle method
	* advanced lamella preparation
	* correlative workflows
	* lift-out procedures

 The course is limited to 12 participants, deadline for application is July 1st 2026.
