informal conversation, this time focused on *Building Your Network Without
Feeling Awkward*.

The aim of the series is to create an open space for practical, honest
conversations about careers in structural biology, structure-based drug
design, and related fields. As a community focused on supporting and
increasing the visibility of women in structural biology, WeINSPIREBio
welcomes anyone interested in these discussions.

Kristin is a client-focused commercial leader with more than 25 years of
experience in the biopharma industry, spanning discovery, production,
manufacturing, and CRO services. As Chief Commercial Officer at NanoImaging
Services, she helps make cryo-EM more accessible to companies across the
drug discovery pipeline.


*Manali Ghosh, PhD*Senior Academic Recruiter, St. Jude Children’s Research
Hospital
Manali supports PhD students, postdocs, and researchers as they explore
career opportunities within and beyond academia. She brings experience in
scientific engagement, communication, recruiting, transferable skills
development, informational interviews, CV and cover letter preparation, and
interview coaching.

*Moderator: Madhu Sevvana, PhD*
Principal Scientist II, Structural Biology & Computational Biologics,
Sanofi; Co-founder and Leadership Committee Member, WeINSPIREBio
Madhu is a structural biologist working at the intersection of structural
biology, biophysics, computational biologics, protein design, and
therapeutic development. She is also part of the WeINSPIREBio leadership
committee and is passionate about scientific collaboration, mentoring, and
women’s leadership in STEM.

Topics we’ll cover include:
