[3dem] Exporting a montage map from SerialEM to a single MRC File

Hi Shujun,

You can load the map in SerialEM, then go to the Menu Bar -> File -> Save
to Other.

If it does not strictly need to be an mrc, and you're okay with a loss in
resolution, you can also use the snapshot tool. Menu Bar -> Window -> Take
Image Snapshot.
