The Biochemistry and Cell Biology Department at Stony Brook University (

position at the Assistant Professor level. We are looking for candidates
who seek to understand biomembranes/membrane biology using biochemical,
biophysical and/or structural methods. Our in-house cryo-EM facility has a
Talos Arctica equipped with a Falcon 4i detector, and we enjoy close
proximity to a Titan Krios at Brookhaven National Laboratory.

Our department is highly energetic and collaborative with 8 new faculty
