Funded PhD studentship available in the Baldock lab in the Manchester Cell-Matrix Centre on the "Structural analysis of extracellular matrix protease-substrate complexes using cryo-electron microscopy" supported by a MSCA-doctoral training grant.

The studentship must comply with the EU-mobility rules - students can be of any nationality but must not have resided or carried out their main activity (ie work or studies) in the UK for more than 12 months in the 36 months immediately before the start date of April 2026.
