The new format combines modern FIB-based sample fabrication and analysis with advanced applications and development of FIBs for cutting-edge materials modification and analysis in materials research, biology, and many other fields. While it was previously more focused on material science, the workshop has recently expanded to include cutting-edge applications in biology, reflecting the growing interdisciplinary use of FIB technology. It is a great place to connect across different disciplines and to learn from each other.

Abstract submission deadline (for oral presentations): May 11, 2025!
