Hi all,
We are seeking a motivated computational structural biologist to provide support to the structural biology community at King’s College London (KCL). The appointee will be acting will support cryo-EM and other structural biology methodologies, including molecular simulations and modelling, NMR and X-ray crystallography. The post will include software and hardware setup and maintenance, collaborative programming/scripting, data storage, security and transfer management and training provision.
Structural biologists at KCL have access to the e-Research/CREATE high-performance computing cluster (HPC) (docs.er.kcl.ac.uk) at King’s and associated research data storage (RDS) managed by e-Research, in addition to less centralised computing clusters.
