Dear colleagues,
I got an error when running "No-uniform Refinement" in CryoSparc:
[CPU: 13.72 GB]
Traceback (most recent call last): File
"cryosparc_master/cryosparc_compute/run.py", line 129, in
cryosparc_master.cryosparc_compute.run.main File
"cryosparc_master/cryosparc_compute/jobs/refine/newrun.py", line 710, in
cryosparc_master.cryosparc_compute.jobs.refine.newrun.run_homo_refine
TypeError: '>' not supported between instances of 'NoneType' and 'int'
I used default settings except the input particle stack, initial 3D volume,
and a static mask from the previous "Homogeneous Refinement" run.
Has anyone seen this error before or knows how to fix it?
Thanks!
Zongli
