[3dem] Follow Relion Gracefully update

Dear 3DEM Community,

I wanted to share a recent update to *Follow Relion Gracefully*, a tool I
developed to provide real-time dashboard previews and statistics plotting
for RELION jobs.

Over the past few months, I have worked on improving the software, focusing
on broader job support, performance optimization, user interface
consistency, and enhanced data interaction. The tool now fully supports the
cryo-ET workflow in RELION and offers a user-friendly way to explore and
analyze your data.

As this is primarily a side project, some parts may still need occasional
bug fixing. If you encounter any issues or have suggestions for
