[3dem] Question about TFS SelectrisX

We hope this message finds you well.

We are currently in the midst of preparing a grant proposal aimed at enhancing our Glacios/Falcon4i setup with a TFS SelectrisX energy filter. In this regard, we would greatly appreciate any insights or feedback from those who have experience with a similar configuration or have integrated the SelectrisX energy filter into their high-end microscope.

Specifically, we are interested in learning about any recent issues or repairs encountered with the SelectrisX, as well as any recommendations regarding the necessity or benefits of a service contract.

Your guidance and advice on these matters would be immensely valuable to us.
