[3dem] phd at KTH on learned models for cryo-EM reconstruction

Dear all,

The Department of Mathematics at KTH Royal Institute of Technology is 
accepting applications for a PhD position in computational 
single-particle cryo-EM funded by the Swedish Research Council. The 
position is part of a long-project that is pursued jointly between KTH 
and SciLifeLab in Sweden involving several international partners. It 
will focus on using deep neural networks to incorporate prior 
information on molecular structures in order to improve accuracy in 3D 
reconstruction of biomolecules from electron microscopy projection
