[3dem] Cryo-EM facilities operating in high biosafety containment

Dear all,



We are writing a short review on cryo-ET approaches to study virus-host
interactions where we also discuss pathogen inactivation protocols for
cryo-EM and access to cryo-EM operating at high biosafety containment.
There are certainly many sites where cryo-EM can be done at BSL2 but it is
not so obvious how many and which academic institutions around the world
can perform cryo-EM on BSL3 pathogens. As this information might be useful
to the cryo-EM community focusing on infectious diseases we would like to
include it. Could you please let me know if you are able to perform cryo-EM
at certified BSL3 (or even BSL4) and if we can list your facility in the
review?



Perhaps information on BSL could also be included in future on the Google
map of High-End Cryo-EM Worldwide.
