[3dem] UNC Chapel Hill Postdoc position - CryoEM and Synthetic Biology

Hello,

I would like to bring your attention to multiple postdoc openings at UNC Chapel Hill to join an interdisciplinary group of researchers looking to understand the mechanical basis of life. We have 4 jobs openings to join a project funded by the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation and seek candidates with expertise in Synthetic Biology, Nanoscale Biophysics, Computational Biomechanics, or cryo-EM. Please refer to the attached flyer for more details about our team and the project.

One opening is for a cryo-EM specialist to drive projects aimed at understanding membrane curvature sensation of endogenous and synthetic proteins. The cryo-EM specialist will be a joint member of the Rick Baker and Amy Gladfelter labs, but will interact extensively with all members of the project team. Previous cryo-EM experience is preferred but not required.
