[3dem] AreTomo 1.2.0 released

Dear Colleagues,

This release made several improvements including the smart grid technique
recently developed in MotionCor2 1.5.0, the refinement of the tilt axis,
and the improved projection matching alignment. A mediocre implementation
of multiple GPUs has also been made.

The new release contains copies for Cuda 10.1, 10.2, and 11.1 ~ 11.6.

Your interest and feedback are greatly appreciated and motivate us to
continue the development.
