[3dem] Announcing EMAN2.91/SPHIRE/SPARX - bugfix release

We are pleased to announce the release of EMAN2.91, a bugfix release for EMAN2.9. In addition to fixing several bugs reported in the 2.9 release it also adds a few minor features. If you are using 2.9, we strongly suggest upgrading.
