Subject: About motioncorr output graphs
Hi all,
Can anyone help me to explain this graph? I upgraded my motioncorr to motioncorr2_1.3.1 for framealignement and used it as a wrapper on relion 3.1.
I could easily understand the graphs from previous version, and I could not understand this one. Any articles that explaining this kind of graphs is also appreciated. But I haven't found any articles explaining this kind of graphs. I could only find the previous one only.
I am wondering if I did something wrong while upgrading or it is normal to have this kind of graphs in newer verison.
Any suggestions ? I would love to hear any feedback.
Thanking you in advance.
With kind regards,
Jay Rai
