[3dem] Using Thermo-Fisher Talos Arctica for room-temperature plastic-section tomography -things to consider

Dear 3DEM community,

We are operating a Talos Arctica that has been a good workhorse for single-particle cryo-EM and cryo tomography.
We now have a potential customer with plenty of experience in doing room-temperature tomography from plastic sections.

Thus, in short, we would be very interested in your experiences with using Talos Arctica in room temperature for plastic-section tomography.
Threats and issues? things to consider?
