[3dem] for Krios, Artica and Glacios users

Hi,
We have a Talos Artica that has been running fairly smoothly for almost a year. However, in the last month or so, we have gotten calls from our service engineer who says that the instrument has reported problems via the ThermoFisher remote operation monitoring system (RAPID). The problems are issues both with the autoloader and the HT, and we are certain that nothing has been wrong with the instrument at the times these reports were made. Has anyone else experienced such "phantom errors" reported by RAPID, and if so, is there anything we can do to make them go away? Thanks in advance.
