[3dem] graphene oxide on Quantifoil Cu grids

Hi All,

I have been trying to pre-coat graphene oxide on quantifoil Cu 300 mesh 
R1.2/1.3 grids as described in '

I am using Pelco Easiglow for glow discharging and the conditions are 
0.4 mbar, 30 mA and 60 secs -ve discharge.

I have increased the glow discharging time to 5 mins and still find no 
graphene oxide layer on the grid.

Please give some suggestion if you have managed to pre-coat graphene 
oxide on quantifoil Cu grids.
