Dear Hernando,

Your system has virtually no disk space allocated. We tend to configure 
such systems with one SSD for all software and swapping area, and a 
large RAID array for the data processing. Since the raw data sets we 
work with nowadays easily exceed 1Tb, you will need 10-20 fold that 
amount of space for processing of each project. I would thus serious 
look into adding a 20+ Tbyte of local RAID array (as Steven also suggested).
